Olive pharmacy is your locally owned HealthMart Pharmacy. We started in 2012 with a goal to provide patient-centered care . Our highly qualified and licensed pharmacists have a combined experience of more than 60 years in the academia, hospital, community and compounding pharmacy settings. Olive Pharmacy is a CDC-approved prediabetes program site. We provides prediabetes classes in collaboration with Salt Lake County Health Department. Prescribers are encouraged to call the pharmacy to learn about our patient education program and affordable medication program. Pharmacists are up-to-date with medication therapy management guidelines and are trained to provide you with personalized care
