Palmetto Family is a full-service pharmacy open to the general public, provides free home delivery from our Rock Hill location, and honors most prescription insurance plans. Additional products and services include selling and renting durable medical equipment (DME) such as wheelchairs and leg scooters. We also carry a wide variety of essential oils and we proudly carry Green Roads and Coastal CBD products as well. Other products we carry are sports supports, braces, and compression hose. Our Rock Hill location also offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) with our premium hyperbaric oxygen chamber and Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE) treatment.
