Weston Blake Pitstick, PharmD, is an ambulatory care pharmacist who provides chronic disease state management, polypharmacy, smoking cessation, drug information review, patient disease states, medication, and device education, and counseling. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the Rudolph H Raabe College of Pharmacy at Ohio Northern University. He experienced an ambulatory care residency at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy as part of his training and schooling. In his free time, Blake enjoys traveling, trying new cuisine, and spending time with his friends and family.
