The satellite pharmacy fills prescriptions and medications prescribed by MTF and off-base providers (handwritten, faxed and electronic). New prescriptions must be activated before they can be processed. There are four convenient activation options: 1 - Text Activation: Text "Get in Line" to 833-338-1720. The system will guide you through the process, requiring the patient’s DOD ID # for each patient with prescriptions to activate. Be sure to select Offutt AFB Satellite Pharmacy. If you need to speak to a Pharmacist, this is the best option 2. Web Activation: (https://cxmlink.com/DHAMTF3592) 3. Send a Patient Portal message (https://my.mhsgenesis.health.mil) to the "Offutt BX Pharmacy". 4. Visit the pharmacy in person and check in.
