We are a medication therapy management pharmacy aimed to eliminate medical errors, reduce hospitalization and length of stay in the hospital as well as reduced the frequency of ER visits by better managing patient’s medications and make pharmacists available to our patients and care givers. We are a long term care pharmacy, serving senior home facilities and group homes. We blister pack monthly medication, deliver timely and provide med carts, laptops, scanners, printers, EMARs and all equipments needed to help providing exceptional services to our seniors.
